SAILMAKER INTERNATINAL SPA We have the pleasure to introduce a new spinsock material available in 150cm width. It can be ordered at specific widths with no additional costs and it will be heat sealed cut at precise width. The material is made of a high strength thermosetted polyester, therefore designed to be porous. Very resistant to tear and ladderproof. It is slighly rigid when unrolled (ideal for being stitched), but quickly softened at the first fold, resulting in a non cumbersome material, ideally to be stowed in the sac. One more textile product that would make the perfect snuffer is IOS. Our revolutionary cloth weights only 155gr/sqm and is extremely chafe resistant and totally water repellent. It can be used to contain the running ropes that open and close the snuffer. Also this cloth can be ordered slit to width. Very competitively priced it can be used without any size limitation of the spinsock. In generale, i bi-adesivi sono utili nella fase di assemblaggio pre-cucitura. Nella nostra gamma FMG ce ne sono alcuni che vengono utilizzati per la maggior parte delle applicazioni, che presentano però una difficile capacità di adesione su alcuni materiali, in modo particolare quelli che hanno delle particolari finiture specifiche contro lo sporco e l'acqua. Per questo motivo introduciamo il nuovo bi-adesivo che aderisce ottimamente su materiali quali: Acrilici, IOS (il nostro rivoluzionario materiale per coperture), tessuti siliconati e con superfici nano modificate. SPECIFICHE TECNICHE: Spessore (adesivo+ film): 95±5 micron Peso adesivo (entrambi i lati): 95gsm ±10% Adesione: 0.5 N/25mm Temperatura applicazione: +10 ~ +40 gradi centigradi Resistenza temperatura: -20 ~ + 100 gradi centigradi Normalmente questi bi-adesivi hanno costi molto elevati, ma nel caso del nostro nuovo prodotto il costo è molto contenuto.
